Job Description: Experienced KS1 Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Stage 1 (KS1) Primary Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive school team. The successful candidate will inspire young learners, foster a love of learning, and create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Assess, record, and monitor pupils' progress to ensure they meet their learning objectives.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and educational development of all pupils.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support the needs of individual learners.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and promote a positive classroom ethos.
Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.


Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a KS1 setting.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and child development in the 5–7 age range.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
