An extensive database of quality teachers
TIC currently has a database of over 15,000 fully-qualified, English-speaking candidates which is constantly evolving and expanding.
Each week between 50 and 100 teachers register with TIC specifically looking for a role in an international school. Though the majority are British trained, we have teachers from AUS, NZ, SA, USA and many other countries. They also have a range of curriculum expertise, many with IB, IGCSE, UK or IPC experience.
Once we know your specific requirements, we will search our database and only send you details of candidates who are suitable and match your criteria for employment.
Sourcing candidates
We spend a great deal of our time attracting teachers to a career overseas. Each year we hold seminars and webinars around the world explaining the benefits and assessing the challenges. We visit teacher-training colleges and run advertising and PR campaigns. We publish newsletters and blogs and our website is highly regarded as an excellent source of information for teachers.
Our regional consultants help attract teachers from all over the world and we attend international schools conferences in almost every continent.
However, the majority of our teachers come to us through referrals from satisfied colleagues.

Safer recruitment
TIC is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children. All candidates must be willing to undergo child protection screening at registration and pre-interview stage. Our team have been fully trained by the ICPA (International Child Protection Advisors) in child protection recruitment procedures.
