Brillantmont International School

Founded in 1882, this international school is one of the oldest boarding schools in Switzerland. They welcome around 120 students, boarding and day, aged 13-18, from over 30 different nationalities into a warm, family environment.

The schools academic programme is internationally recognised and addresses the individual needs of each of their students. They welcome students into Grades 8 – 12, leading to internationally recognised examinations – British IGCSE, A Level and / or American High School Diploma with PSAT, SAT, Advanced Placement (AP), IELTS & TOEFL. 

The school is five minutes from the city centre in large, beautiful, secure gardens. The school campus is incredible and inspiring! They have eight buildings, most dating from the early 1900s. Behind their old-world charm, you’ll find fantastic, well-equipped, up to date classrooms and boarding areas. At the centre of the campus lies their recently built multipurpose hall, which contains a full sized gymnasium, a music studio and a 100m2 stage.

The school is fully accredited by NEASC, CIS and is a member of Swiss Learning, Swiss Private School Register, Cambridge Assessment and AVDEP. It is also a test centre for the US College Board examinations.
