Hello and welcome to the first TIC blog of 2014!

December was a very busy and successful month for TIC. We were delighted to have our best ever December for successful placements! Congratulations to everyone who were offered jobs – you’re all incredible and we are delighted to be helping you along the way. Included in these successful placements were a number of jobs in four international schools that we’ve never previously worked with; these are located in Beijing, Hungary and Norway – all great destinations. There are currently lots of excellent positions now accepting applications so if you weren’t successful with December interviews, or are starting your search now, make sure you are fully registered and we have all your necessary documentation so that we can maximise all the best and right opportunities for you.

We are thrilled to have recently agreed a recruitment contract with Aldar Academies in Abu Dhabi. Since beginning in 2007, Aldar Academies has grown from a single facility to six excellent schools across the UAE capital. The academies teach the British curriculum to over 2,400 students. We’re already underway with a number of searches for the best candidates for positions within the schools.

Hoping 2014 has started well for you. If you or any of your colleagues are considering a move abroad for the 2014-2015 academic year, now is the time to take action! Don’t delay as candidate searches are now in full swing for many of the best jobs. Don’t forget the entire TIC team is here to help and support you through the entire placement process.
