The use of Curriculum Vitae's ("CV") and any other personal information supplied to us by you and other users of this site is governed by our "Privacy Policy ". By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to the disclosures of personal data to third parties and to TIC's use of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy .
I accordance with the new European Union (EU) law on General Data Protection Regulation we acknowledge the rights of individuals offering their data, particularly the sensitive personal information gathered during the recruitment process.
Your use of the Site
The information and services available on this site are provided only for the purpose of assisting you and other individuals in finding employment and/or to assist employers in recruiting staff. We authorise you to review and download a single copy of the material on this site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to post or transmit on this site inaccurate, incomplete or false information. We accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the information that is available or is posted on this Site nor do we make any representations in respect of the contents of this Site as regards the existence or availabilities of any jobs advertised.

CV Information
If you post your CV details to our database we will, thereafter, submit your information to potential employers or agencies who are advertising vacancies, or whom we think may be interested in your services via our website or other means. We will provide you with details of all third parties and request your consent before we forward your CV or personal information to them.
You can and should update us regularly on the content of your CV and other personal information in the Registered User Section. Please remember that this information is being continuously supplied to us by third parties. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is accurate and not misleading.
Please let us know if you no longer wish us to publicise your CV or other information and we will then delete it from our system. However, third parties who have previously received your CV may have retained a copy in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for their attention, use or privacy of your CV in these instances.
Storage of information
Information that you provide or that is obtained by us through your dealings with TIC will be held on our computer. We may use this information as follows:-
- for statistical analysis for the purposes of reviewing, developing and improving the services that we offer on the understanding that it will be kept confidential by us;
- to administer any services provided to you now or in the future on the understanding that such information will be kept confidential,
- if we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to;
